SHIPPING POLICY

GREECE 

ELTA Courier  – FREE*. Delivery in 2-4 days, depending on geographic location and volume of deliveries.

*There is no extra charge for the “Cash on Delivery” payment option.

*Free Shipping for orders over 60 euros.

EUROPE

DHL Express – Next Day Delivery – Shipping Cost depends on your location (usually 11-16 euros).

*Free Shipping for orders over 250 euros.

REST OF THE WORLD

DHL Express – 1-3 days delivery – Shipping Cost depends on your location (usually 15-25 euros).

*Free Shipping for orders over 450 euros.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Extra charges may apply for remote locations. In such cases, an email will be sent for your approval prior to shipment of your order. GADONASCOTTON does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are your responsibility where they apply.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays. GADONASCOTTON shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.

When the order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your order. Orders are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. In case no one is available for the delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact number you must call to arrange for your re-delivery. Undelivered orders will be returned to us after a period of one week. In this case, re-deliveries will be charged with additional shipping fees.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, store credit within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. Shipping charges are not refundable. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging. No refund!

Returns from countries outside the E.U. are not possible for items on sale. Returns are also not accepted for items that have been labelled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description. These are usually seasonal or customizable items for which we are unable to accept returns.

GADONASCOTTON reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions accompanying an order. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

  • Product Exchange: Items can be exchanged for a different size or a different style.

  • Store Credit: Store credit can be used on a future order within 12 months of the return.

  • Refund:SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date when returned items have been checked and accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Paypal or bank account used for paying for the order. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.

Please note, where returns are free, this policy is limited to one exchange only.

Return Instructions

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just follow these instructions and make sure you send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Simply sign in to My Account and select the order you would like to return or select “Return Request” in the Customer Service section at the footer of www.gadonascotton.com. Alternatively, email contact@gadonascotton.com or call +30 210 3216765 Monday–Friday 10.00am-5.00pm (CET).

  • Within the next working day you will receive an email confirming your returns request and instructions on how to arrange your return collection.

  • Once we receive and accept your returned package, you will receive an email confirming your exchange, store credit or refund.

Gift Returns

If you received a gift and would like to return it simply follow the instructions in the Gift Exchange Card included in your gift. Please note that gifts can only be exchanged for items of an equal or higher value. Store credit and refunds do not apply.
